Shipping policy

All products to UK and EU addresses are shipped using Royal Tracked services, either 24hour or 48hour. My products are made to order and each one differs in the time needed to create it to sending it. Full details of production times are in each listing.

Products are securely double packed using environmentally friendly packing materials. 

Each order is shipped with a tracking order, allowing you to keep an eye on its progress through the mail system and ensure a quicker resolution for any lost packages.

Damaged items will be refunded or replaced once proof of damage has been received by me, either by photo or the returned product.

International orders are sent with international tracking via Royal Mail or UPS. Customers are responsible for added taxes and customs fees.
